Join us for an open house at our Mount Vernon office. Enjoy local food trucks, music, and light refreshments while you tour our facility, meet our local team, and learn about the care, comfort and support we provide to patients and families.

We'll also share ways you can make a difference as a volunteer.

On the Rise BBQ and Round Hill Dairy food trucks will be on site!
